Fandango/Fandango at Home

Every time I buy a movie it has wanted me to combine accounts and I said later/no thanks.

Today it made me do it. As an FYI it said that the Fandango account would now be the login instead of the fandango at home. Could mess up a lot of people who don't have the same creds for the two and need to reset all their devices.

Same. Not a big deal but annoying due to having to reset everything because I don't use Fandango.

I had the same email for both accounts but different passwords. Once completed I now have the Fandango password for FAH account.

You can still skip it click the Fandango at Home sign on the page or just close out and reopen the site. Hopefully they fixed the issues with some people having titles removed after merging.

If one is planning to merge, then it’s best to change your Fandango email and password to match your FAH user and password to limit any possible issues later on. Since the merging is giving priority to the Fandango account over the FAH account. Hence why you get logged out on all devices logged into the FaH apps.

It seem like WB is mo longer on movies anywhere and are fandango only.

What do you mean? There are a bunch of recently released Old Hollywood Warner movies that are FAH only (non-MA), why exactly I'm not sure. So some of those that get released digitally ARE MA, and others are NOT MA.

New movies are all still MA (e.g. Superman 2025).

I bought Superman 2025 and it’s not on Fandango or Movies anywhere and I just redeemed WB Account 2 and it’s fandango only.

That's been reported on other sites, probably too early to have set up porting (movie is still in theaters after all). Checking FAH, I see it listed as MA there, and it's now showing on MA itself (though yes, not necessarily porting).

Superman 2025 should be porting at all available places. It’s been confirmed for FAH, iTunes and Prime. The first day only FAH would port correctly, but that’s been fixed.

I would try disconnecting/reconnecting the account not porting to MA to fix it.

Of course I have to come with the dummy comment to add nothing to a thread. Never have understood the discrepancy between the two sites. I have 2575 in my VUDU/FAH account and 1796 with Movies Anywhere. I know Lionsgate makes a big difference but still you would think by this stage both platforms take the same movies.

The Accountant 2 is FAH only because it’s Amazon MGM btw.

Paramount is the big difference for me between MA and FAH in movie count

Of course WB is still MA, so is Superman.

It's pretty simple, only MA titles port between services
