Not all TV shows have title songs, but for those that do. I consider a TV show song to be a TV show title song if it meets the following two criteria:
1. It was specifically made for the TV show. 2. The lyrics of the song contain the title of the TV show at least once. Here are some of my favorites: "Car 54, Where Are You?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5MkCAwupe0 The theme song from the original TV show version of "The Addams Family". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfawtDT945o The longest version of the theme song from "Sesame Street". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWoPI2XVybI "The Brady Bunch" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=he4WPvKGGR0 "WKRP in Cincinnati" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQvCNLIVydM "3-2-1 Contact" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2-LEBc2sO8 "Reading Rainbow" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Ygs3IHJ2bM "Garfield and Friends" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvYE46dUKVQ "The Magic School Bus", which was sung by none other than Little Richard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-azpNkFZs1Q "Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9aDMuBjR7Q Those are some of my favorites. Feel free to share yours with me. Have a nice day. |
