We bought a 1080i 57" HDTV two years ago, before I knew anything about 1080p. Anyway does is it really a huge difference? I heard something like it's only a difference if you're 9+ feet away or something? is this true? Anyway if the difference is considerable then I'll have to wait a while before I buy one, if I'd buy it would be another 55+ inch tv and I don't have money for one like that atm.
I guess I could have posted this in a differen forum but yeah.
