Default Local Best Buy has removed HD DVD movies.

Springfield, MO Best Buy looked to have removed all HD DVD movies from the store. Blu-Ray has expanded to take over the shelf space previously held by HD DVD.

Both my BB and CC has. CircuitCity actually still has them but in a box. Both stores expanded the Blu-rays but all tey did was expand them. No extra titles. Looks empty. They're making it look like BR is going out of bussiness to.

My CC still has a few in stock, but my local BB has completely removed them from the shelves, it's been like that for a while now.

In CC down the street from my house, they removed the HD-DVD section and placed them in some box.

It's good to see people get excited when they see something big happen in there city/town. Every cities BB and CC are different. My CC just pulled there HD-DVDs off a couple of days ago.

Look on the bright side. At least it's not a "When is" or "What about"

I bet they don't have a sign saying "for sale" or "help yourself". They didn't have a sign on them at my store.

No sign of any kind. They just have them in a box.

They looked so lonely in that box. Just wanted to take all of them home for myself. I do need coasters for my glasses.

Yeah, they were supposed to have sent them back just recently. It looked like the same thing happened at the CC by me but some said they were must moved to clearance bins at CC (I didn't think to look in those so they could be right). There are a couple of other threads discussing it...

here: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=44076

and

here: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=43910

Edit: CC had just moved the HD DVDs to clearance bins like others had mentioned. They had around 30 HD DVDs left in them.

I knew it was going to happen, but I was still shocked to see that they had removed everything HD DVD from the Best Buy nearest me. They did spread out the Blu-ray discs over where the HD DVD had been. It was kinda strange. Interestingly enough, they had displays on their HDTVs with PS3s hooked up to them.
