Default Blu-ray Bd-re Playback

I just recently purchased a Sony Vaio AR-290 Blu-Ray recording laptop.
Blu-Ray movies play back through this without problem through HDMI.My problem is that BD-RE discs recorded on this machine play back on this laptop with excellent quality however when I put the disc into the Samsung Blu-Ray player that I have, the picture is excellent however I get a severe pulsing on the audio. The pulsing makes the disc unusable. The pulsing is consistent in time period so I think it is some interference from the control track, however I have no ide how to get rid of it.I thought it was the Samsung so I upgraded the firmware but no difference. Still thinking it was the Samsung I went to Best-Buy and asked to try it on the Sony which they kindly agreed to. It wouldnt recignise it at all. I didnt realize that the Sony doesnt play BD-RE discs.I havent played it on a Pioneer yet and since that accepts the discs that the Samsung does that may be an option.
Have chaanged the writing software. Used Sony Vegas, and just downloaded the Roxio DVDit Pro HD, so will try that. The footage comes from a Sony HD camera, which has no problems. Have tried a direct link between the laptop and the camera. No problem with playback on the laptop and from the laptop to a HDMI TV, however when it moves to the Samsung, the problem comes back.
Has anybody else had experience with this.

BD-R/RE made with DVDit Pro HD will not play on the Samsung because Samsung actually does not support the BDMV format on BD-r/re. Its firmware issue. Panasonic DMP-BD10 plays the BD-R/RE or DVD-R with BDMV perfectly...
