blu ray writable computer drive

I want to be able to create & watch blu-ray videos.

is there any decent software for authoring blu-ray with menu?
My process will be to export mpeg2 format from premiere timeline & import it in to a suitable blu-ray authoring program.
anything on prosumer level up to £250 ($500).

That drive is cheap and kinda crappy. I tried one out, the thing has a tough time reading different media. It had trouble with ~33% of the cds I put it in. It's been okay so far with Blu-ray discs, but I still don't like that it struggles with cds.

I'd go with the Pioneer or Philips drive.

I haven't had any problems with my GGW-H20L. All around, its been a great drive.

im selling an Lite-on LH2B1S blu-ray pc burner for £140 with free delivery via fedex. Bought in december and hardly used. It went for more on ebay but the buyer never coughed up. comes with a sony 25gb re-writeable disk. Comes with box and manuals etc. anyone interested let me know. comes with cyberlink power dvd.
