I just got this earlier this week. I'm playing it on a PS3 via HDMI to a 46" Sony Grand Wega LCD. It looks very nice. The outdoor shots they show are the best. The colors look very nice as does the overall sound of the movie. The movie itself is pretty good. I like how it shows the training of the rescue divers. Makes me wish I didn't change my mind about going into the Coast Guard and becoming a pilot

. It isn't the best movie I've ever seen. I'm not a big fan of Ashton Kutcher, but it has qualities to it.

The movie is like advertised: Top Gun for coastguards. <- That's a very good thing, except Kutchner sure as hell is no Tom Cruise.

I'm not sold on that kid whatsoever.

I preferred Kutcher's performance in Guardian over Tom Cruise in Top Gun to be honest.

I can't seem to find a real thread for this title (2007 The Guardian), but it's $5.99 on Amazon right now. I actually really liked this movie when it came out. Thought that's a while ago now so who knows how well it's held up. You could do worse for 6 bucks.
