I do, it is awesome, the only downside IMO is the inability to do 1080p24, but otherwise it is great.

I have one and love it!

Its one of the first Blu-ray players and now one of the lowest end players out of the bunch. It still looks fantastic and better than anything you will see with HD-DVD

No you won't have to worry about it. 1080/24p is a feature that only a handful of displays, mostly projectors, can display. It basically outputs the data right off of the disc.

I've had the Samsung player since July, and I love it. It works great. It's a slower then the PS3, but with the new firmware, it outputs a great picture and had played every disc I've thrown at it thus far.

You need the f/w update to fix the noise reduction chip which made everything overly soft, and the DTS stutter problems, but one you get those sorted, it is cool.

The firmware also helps with BD-J interactivity.

I have no problems with my Samsung. My biggest issues are the non-auto select between PCM and DD-DTS tracks through the HDMI and the non-dimmable blue-light in the front. Other than that it's a great player for the money now (through amazon $550).

Had the Samsung,HD-A2 and the PS3, took the HD-A2 back first because of the lock-ups,took the Samsung back to Crutchfield not for any real issues other than the BD-P1200 is being released the 2nd week of March and I will pick that up when it comes out.I kept the PS3 because of it's multi use and felt that it actually put out a better image than the Samsung 1000
