I just use a regular DVD shelf tower. Works great for my needs

Since you're in the UK, I would suggest these if you like the look of them.

You can get them from Argos at £34.99 each.

It's stated that they hold 100 DVD's but they actually hold 105 DVD's as there is space on each shelf for 1 DVD on top of each row, 5 rows + 5 spaces = 5 extra DVD's.

I also have my entire CD collection in one of them.

Having sold off alot of my DVD collection I am now using them for my Blu-Ray and they do just as well, plus you could probably fit more if you import some US Region-Free titles as the cases are twice as slim.

At the moment I have 5 of them, now with plenty of space since most of my DVD's are now gone.

Just my two cents, you may want something else.

I had a custom DVD rack made. They fit just fine in there.

I got a cheap one from best buy, and drilled holes to make sure the height is right. It was a DVD/CD shelf, and so had an extra shelf for the CD sizing, and with a little work, it fits perfectly for BDs. Just be careful not to put the drill too deep, and to measure twice, drill once. It has to be perfect otherwise the shelves will be off center. I definately recommend using a level to mark out where the holes should be.
