Which (if any) of Cruises movies did you enjoy?

Man, I have seen Young Guns like 20 times and never knew that. VERY interesting. Looking over this list reminded me how many movies of his I DO actually like. Being overwhelmed by his personality and recent output really clouded me. There are a lot of really strong movies on that list.

I agree. That list only highlights the fact that the guy has put out some incredible movies over his career. I hope he gets back on track real soon.

Favorite Tom Cruise movies: Top Gun, The Outsiders, All the Right Moves, Legend, Rain Man, Days of Thunder, Far and Away, The Firm, Interview with the Vampire, Mission: Impossible 1, 2, and 3, Eyes Wide Shut, Minority Report, The Last Samurai, Collateral, and War of the Worlds.

And this was all before I lost respect for him after jumping his ass of Oprah's couch! But not until after I saw Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible III! After M:I-III, then I lost respect for Cruise. Why Will Smith is friends with Cruise's crazy ass, I'll never know!

I love cruise in a lot of films but, I think he was most versatile in Collateral.

im a hardcore tom cruise fan i could care less bout his private life, the fact is we pay to watch him act not what he does in his private life, and the bottom line is the man can act

For me its Magnolia, its nice to see him do something different then normal as well as just be a smaller player as part of a film.
