Default Best Plasma for under $5000??

Ok I have a 5k budget and would like to get the biggest and best plasma that I can afford for under 5k. What are some suggestions? How is the Pioneer Kuro Elite series? I want something 1080p obviously with as many HDMI ports as possible.

I've been asking myself the same question. Cnet answered it for me:

I'm looking at getting the Pioneer Kuro Elite PRO-111FD. Anyone with positive or negative comments about this TV? Other than the price! LOL

I'd go with a pio or panny 800/850u 50" 58" 65" 1080p 24fps 30,000 native contrast, you can't go wrong with either of those.

Dare to be different...take a peek at the LG 60PG60. Great picture, loaded with features, and under 4k.

If you need a sound system, I think would be a fair trade off instead of the Pioneer. The Panny still has a great picture.

You mean you went with the new Panny, cuz that's what they chose over the Kuro's.

Ok I think I'm sold on the Pioneer Elite Kuro 50" but the Best Buy locally here doesn't have them in stock and no one else on the island has them. I live in Hawaii by the way. Anyway, Best Buy told me it would take 3 weeks to get one here!

Does anyone know of a reputable dealer that I can order one from that will ship to Hawaii quickly and for a good price? I can't be without a TV for 3 weeks! I'm kinda leary of all the so called Internet shops that advertise the Kuro for really cheap.
