Default Which moderator does what?

ok so i've been wanting to ask this for awhile, but just now getting around to it. (or did i miss this thread/explanation already?)

do we have specific mod's for specific sections, or are we just supposed to contact whoever for whatever need we have? because from what i've gathered, we only have 2 mod's that play a specific role. and thats in the home theater and game sections. everywhere else its a freeforall and i'm not sure who to contact most of the time. so i usually don't even bother contacting anyone. and then there's the issue of which mod to contact based on activity. i dont know if its more of a thing where i'm just not online when they are, or that they play more of a lurker role, or if they just don't sign on very often. but its hard to know who to pm.

who do i go to about starting a thread in the off topic section, or what format of thread i should start in the movie's/tv section? and i know i brought it up a long time ago, but some of the mod's don't even have the title under their name, so its hard to even know who IS a mod at times.

and did Deciazulado take over wicky's role, where they kind of oversee the whole forum, and thats who you hit up for questionable posts, bans, etc?

but anyways...who do we go to for specific stuff?

i think the mods here are given specific areas to work with, and is noted at the bottom of the first 'tab' of the section... (ie. here bottom right corner shows shinra, wicky woo etc...

when i see 'errors' of find some material id like to reconsider, or find important, i try to look at who is indicated in that section, and end up pm'ing them instead. heck even all three or four of em.

my take on it is, its an amazingly broad forum, and it takes a lot of manpower to take care of it, thus a number of dedicated colleagues to handle it. if there should be any problems, id go with the people ive indicated below, and have em take care of the problem. once noted, im sure they'd get back to you on it.

i dont know how the 'names/titles' work, heck i even see special members. nonetheless, as long as my post is of meaning, and worth some reason, then why should i be worried?

yet, im not as seasoned as the others here, so im just working with what i see...

Makes sense, Brain Sturgeon is one helpful person, didn't know he was a mod.

i get what you're saying, but take the ps3 section for instance. here are the mod's listed as moderators of that section..

Shin-Ra, Blue, thunderhawk, Deciazulado, Josh, Wondermaker, Chris Beveridge, dialog_gvf, WickyWoo, Ben

only one of those mod's actually moderates that section (for the most part). so while the others CAN, they usually don't. but thats not so defined everywhere else on the forum.

yeah thats usually what i do when i really need to talk to a mod, but i guess i'm asking more for a clear cut line drawn, if thats even possible.

but my question remains, who do i hit up for movies/tv? and i know wondermaker is kind of the offtopic section mod, but it seems shes never around
