Is there any news about either the Batman or High School Musical Blu-Rays? - Blu-ray Forum

I have been waiting for news about the four Batman films (yes, even Schumacher's two

) and the High School Musical films on Blu-Ray. I'm thinking we're not getting HSM on Blu-Ray, as HSM 3 is out and October is almost over, but does anyone know Disney's plans for the films on Blu, as well as Warner Bros. plans for Batman on Blu. One more day without news about these releases (goes double for the Batman ones) and I might crack.

HSM2 is out in the US. HSM and HSM2 are out in the UK.

I remember they announced the Batman's for December but It seems like they ain't coming out. I want those so bad, the first one would be amazing to have on Blu.

(As for HSM, I think Disney will announce a three pack once the HSM 3 is coming to BLU)

Odd mix of titles to be asking about (though I enjoy them myself)

As for HSM, since it isn't out already, I'm guessing that we'll get a trilogy next year when HSM 3 is released or at very least, we'll see HSM 1 released when 3 is released and a trilogy set for the holidays

as for Batman, who knows exactly. Details are still pretty scarce I think and if it doesn't make this year, I have to wonder how long they'll hold it for.

The Batman films are coming to the UK on December 29th, but no announcement for the U.S.

Other films like The Goonies have also been released in other territories with no date for here. What's going on Warner?

well i know the batmans are out in the uk on 29th of december but no idea for the usa.

I think we can expect HSM3 to come out during March or April as this is usually the time length between the big fall releases and their DVD date...Who knows, we might get a 3pack of HSM1,2,3 also but we will see.
