Pixar Short Films Collection Vol. 1 and Ratatouille UK Blu-ray specs?

There are no bloody UK reviews of these two titles and it's doing my head in!!!!

I was wondering how the UK Blu-ray versions of Ratatouille and the Pixar Short Films Collection - Volume 1 compared to the US versions?

More specifically does the UK version of the Pixar Shorts Collection have 24-bit/48kHz/6.9mbps English 5.1 PCM and English 2.0 PCM tracks like US version and does it have all the extras on the US BD?

And does the UK BD of Ratatouille have all the extras that are on the US BD? I'm particularly interested in whether the UK BD has the audio commentary by director/screenwriter Brad Bird and producer Brad Lewis?

Also have there been any voice substitutions on the UK BD of Ratatouille like there was on the Cars Blu-ray here? I think I read somewhere that Jamie Oliver did one of the voices on the UK Ratatouille? I can't stand it when they have British Z-listers do voices on Pixar and Dreamworks animated features so I hope the audio on the UK Blu-ray is the same as it is on the US one?

Lastly are there any instances of in-movie signage/newspaper headlines etc. that have been altered for the UK Blu-ray release?

As far as I know, Blu-ray Ratatouille UK has PCM 16-bit, not 24bit.

The UK Ratatouille only has English (PCM or DTS) so I would think that yes, it has something special about the soundtrack which makes the disc unable to be shared across numerous European countries as often Disney Blu-rays are (for example we often get English/Spanish/Italian soundtracks - presumably for the UK and Ireland, Spain and Italy release). Being as the disc is English only, you have to wonder why the PCM is 16bit.

Special features wise, I don't think the UK is missing anything from the US release.

Can't help on Pixar Shorts, as I imported the US release (just as I would have with Ratatouille had it been ABC)
