yea picture shows a blu-ray and it says blu-ray so we know for sure its that

Man, that Dark Knight/Batman Begins SteelBook is terrible looking.

I hate that The Dark Knight is on the left and mentioned first. I know it made a lot more money and is more popular, but it breaks both chronological AND alphabetical order!

and yeah i think i would rather get the german steelbook, but is that even the art for the case? because the UK release has that art as the slipcover, neway guess ill stick with the collectors set with the batpod

It is listed region-free in the very post you quoted. I'm also pretty sure it has been confirmed in this thread a few times already.

For some reason, I can't find the original release of this from futureshop in the movie database. I see the re-release version, but not the version w/ the blu banner in front.

Do you guys see the original Futureshop release in your search?

I only see the re-release version for Nov 23, 2010.

I noticed this a while back too. I was going to 'suggest a new movie' for IAL and TDK. I added the FS exclusive Up, Wall-e and 3x Pirates of the Caribbean too since they were strangely missing from the database.

dupe movies are replaced with the newest version, There is no point in having 2 of the exact same movie in the DB.
