Wall-e Audio On Uk Disk Dts ? - Blu-ray Forum

just picked up the uk version of wall-e and noticed on the cover the audio is just dts 5.1

can anyone confirm if this is is correct or does it contain a hd soundtrack ?

The UK version is DTS HD MA 6.1
I watched it last night

and it sounds great!

ok cheers. does it also say 5.1 dts on your blu-ray cover ?

Got this last night, the box says DTS, in the setup menu, it also says DTS, but when the movie is playing, my PS3 says it is DTS-HD MA 6.1

Bit of a **** up by Disney methinks...

I've been wondering the same thing. I received my copy yesterday and noticed that it just says DTS 5.1 but didn't have the chance to try the disc and find out for sure. Nice to hear that Disney have put HD audio on also, although I still can't experience it yet as I don't have the equipment (not something you should say to a woman

)

Watched last night and it has a 6.1 DTS HD sound track which is just right very suttle. Wall-E is now my new favourite film probably of all time

I saw that in the shops yesterday. It put me off buying it until I could check on it. Bit of a silly blunder for them to do really. Well, I was planning to go into town again on Friday, so I will pick it up then.
