how do i post a picture? for example if i'm selling a movie how do i post the pic of the movie in the thread? do i need to have the pic on a different website and use the "insert image"

Yes. Upload it somewhere and then put the link in the insert image box.

use a website like photobucket.com to host your image...then as mentioned, insert image.

Bingo, on the bottom of this page its says what code is turned on and off. click vB code and it shows you.
