Default Panny DMP-BD35 > No BD-LIVE .

Hello ,

I just bought a 4GB SD Card and the BD live won't work . -I set the BD-Live feature settings to 'Permit' and no age restrictions are set , the test works , but not the BD Live feature .
I tried with Wanted
I have an error message who says " the player can't connect to the internet . Check your connection . The player must be profile 2.0 " or something like that . And yes i check the firmware using the internet . Thank you

What is your BD Live Internet Access setting?
Allow(Limited)
Allow(All)
Prohibit

I believe the SD card is not required for BD live since the manual makes no statements that an SD card is required for BD live.

What kind type is the SD card?
SD or SDHC.

Per the manual:
Quote:
SD Memory Card* (from 8 MB to 2 GB)
SDHC Memory Card (from 4 GB to 32 GB)

When using cards from 4GB to 32GB, only SD cards using the SDHC logo can be used

Did you format the card in the player setup?

I have a BD35 with a 1GB SD card and 1.7FW installed. I have accessed BD Live features on TDK and Hellboy II without issue.

So you have upgraded the firmware by downloading it from the player?

I would assign a static IP to the player and not use DHCP.

Then try pinging the player from your router.
If you have no clue how to do this, then it will be hard for you to troubleshoot network connectivity issues, which is what you are now experiencing.
