So I was on youtube and came across this video. It made me laugh...thank god for Big Daddy and the inteligent likes of others on this site...so really??? Is a plastic enclosure made in China better than the sound of real wood...something tells me no, but: I guess if everyone really thought that plastic was better for a speaker enclosure, all these studio, reference lines...$$6000 each speakers would all have plastic enclosures....

Just some food for thought

That was funny.....what the hec was he telling us about using plastic? I had to stop it before it was over....it just started to get on my nerves. +1 by the way on the experts we have here like Big Daddy and the likes. Thanks guys for all of your hard work.....I personally sure do appreciate it!

Somebody should send him a message that his subwoofer is not exactly in the best spot.

Aiwa used to make good dual voltage and multi-region VCR's. I would never recommend their speakers for surround.

At one time, Sony owned Aiwa.

Well his little "three way" speaker is in a plastic enclosure, at least I think it is. I made that comment earlier in the year...today I get an email from you tube telling me that someone had replied to my comment...here's what someone had to say:

every oneof u f**** is a idiot...you all know nothing, you like to pretend you do, but you know shit...the dumbest thing i read today...plastic enclosure is worst?? are you a f****** idiot??
ABSis some of the finest material available to craft cabinets out of..it properties are better than concrete..all you f****** putz's know about is consumer electronic garbage, none of you would know good sound if i forced you to hear IT... go and buy your CES garbage..oohh look at all the pretty lights!

That guy has made a few vids on the subject, but the funniest one I seen was:

"How to Set Up a Home Theater System : Satellite Connection for a Home Theater"

So you ask!!
"Why is this video funny"?
Well let me tell ya!!
The topic is Satellite Connection and in the vid the guy says:
"Since we don't have a particular satellite receiver with us today, I'm gonna show you how to hook up a DVD player"

I am thinking to myself; why not just call the video DVD connections or something besides Satellite connection if you don't have a satellite to connect or demonstrate.

some people,if you offer up to make a youtube video,put a decent system together then 50 dollar boom box speakers & 20 dollar tiny surround speakers,holy crap was that the worst set of tiny surrounds I've seen..

AGGH...i wasted my time watching it.
