I can get 2 pairs of Paradigm reference studio 20's - Blu-ray Forum

Any opinion would help
iam putting this out there before i grab them.

If it was just up to me i would have them in a matter of minutes and be listening to them tonight.

Well, i imagine they would make good rears and just because i can get them 600 Canadian why not get another pair for my back surrounds then getting a pair 0f ADP-390's(which run close to 500 Canadian)

I'd get them.... if they're a good deal.... you could always have a secondary 2-channel setup with them too.

Iam vibrating and have flies in the stomach right now

Iam assuming having two pairs for back and rears would sound amazing.

I've never heard the Studio 20's but I know that $600 cdn is a very good price!! I own the ADP-390s and that is also a very good price. I got them for $600 and thought I got a good deal.

If it's just for surrounds maybe I'd get a pair of each so if you decide to use the 20's for 2ch then you still have the 3 way surrounds that would be good for 5.1. Bust that's just me. Either way I think you got a good deal! 2 pair's of 20's are probably the better deal.

And here they are all setup

I'm going to home depot tonight to get chain to hang them from the wall more securely.

Iam thinking of chain from the wall to the speaker then having a second chain from the speaker to the celling frame .It is secure for now But i have no plains of leaving it hang like that

yeah i know i got plaster on the walls. i will be repainting so relax

I gave my son the PSB 800i for his fronts and the ADP-170 for his rears.He's pretty happy right now
This weekend were going to look for a 5.1 receiver for him.

Were thinking Sony and dragging it analog from the Samsung 1400 so he can here new codecs from his blu-ray.

What do you boys think about the ones on the stands facing each other on opposite sides of the couch.
bringing them down the couch more or should i leave them on the angle where they are .Any Opinions
