Default Yamaha HTR6150 - No sub after autosetup

I have decide to make the auto setup on my Yamaha HTR6150 to calibrate the sound, but since I have done that it seems the receiver doesn't detect my sub anymore.
Anybody already have that kind of problem and how can I resolve it? I have retry to make the setup, I hear the sound coming from the sub during the test but nothing after that

Forget about that, I just find out how to make a factory reset, and now my sub is back

I had the same problem but realized that it either turned the sub off or it was turned down really low that the sub couldn't detect the signal. I would have to manually increase or turn it on. I can't remember exactly what it did but it was either or.

Just for future reference, make sure your sub is not set to "auto" but is set to "on". Sometimes it won't wake up fast enough and ends up fooling the receiver into thinking it's not there at all.
