This comes out in the UK (non-SteelBook) on June 15th so it could be the same in Germany... I will buy it as long as Im Schatten des Mondes is not used for the text on the case/spine, which I have a feeling it will be...

Yep.
This is ugly, it'll never be the same again with the new German Steelbooks and there HUGE logo.
The cover is nice though.

I can barely understand they do that with FSK18 releases but this is rated 0.

Oh so it came out on June 23rd. They must've rushed the release as I checked no later than last week and it was still on a "No release date" status.

yes its a Steelbook

some users from bluray-disc.de have the steelbook already at home and posts some pics.

I can't see them either. I think it's b/c you need to sign-up before it will let you see the pictures embedded in a posting, but my German is a bit rusty so I'm not entirely sure that's the reason...
