Looking for a Blu Ray Promo Trailer..

Hey guys, this is my first post here so I hope I got it in the right forum.

Here is the deal. I am trying to get a copy of the Blu Ray promo that plays at this link:

It is basically the 2 minute or so trailer that you see playing in Best Buy and other electronics stores. I am doing a presentation for a class of mine and part of it has to do with Blu Ray. I have tried a couple third party programs but none seem to work when I try to save the file to my computer. I have found a couple sites that have some of the older ones but I need that one which is the latest one that I have seen.

Does anyone have this saved or know where I could find it? I am looking for the best quality possible but anything will do. Thanks a ton for any help!
