Alrighty! A local Portland company! Aperion makes great speakers, and I'd love to hear more owner experiences with them.

Ok, what would you like to know? Other than the great customer service, when considering them you have a 30 day trial with free shipping to you and back if you don't think Aperion is for you.

Now that that's out of the way, from my experience with their latest line, they are really amazing speakers to have your audio played through. I've had them since Aug '08, I did upgrade my fronts from bookshelfs to towers and I really haven't looked back. Not to mention the finish on the black speakers are like a piano black look (they have a cherry finish too). They're very neutral sounding speakers. You can literally sit down all day listening to them with no 'speaker fatigue'. They really do bring you into what you're listening to. And I only have the 5 series. I know for certain Alabama Boy has the 6 series and he can chime in about his 6 series. I'm a truly satisfied customer when it comes to my speaker purchase. Now, upgrade-itis is a different animal.

Default Aperion set up is awesome

I have a 7.1 setup. My 6Ts sound great with HT/Music. When listening to music I usually just use my Towers with no sub. You can hear every instrument. With HT I use a sub. Everything sounds awesome when watching blu rays and hd movies. My family usually watches 2-3 movies a week. Customer service is top notch also. Great company IMO.

I love the three vertical speakers up front. A vertical center speaker performs better than an horizontal center speaker. There is a sticky thread on the topic in the speakers section.

Very nice set-up. Sure wish I physically had the room to replace my current 634-VAC with a 6T as the center channel speaker. Maybe after I replace my current LCD DLP with a LCD or Plasma in my media room and go to a wall mount I can make the change. Hmmm, wonder if the spouse would "notice" the change? LOL!!

Well said Kali. I would not be married if I did that. She thinks I'm crazzzzy enough constantly talking About home theater

Prerich, great awards,glad I got a couple :P
But at the same time,Look at who kept that Mirage thread going, everytime it started to die,I brought something up to get that sucker going again. Albeit drama, but hey, what works ,works..
Callas should indeed get commission from Dynaudio. I hope he got a discount at least on the new pair..

Not to take up for goat because he could do things better. His methods are not the best. But if you like speakers based on someone's opinion and not your own ears, you are in the wrong hobby. If all of a sudden you feel your speakers are inadequate cause goat didnt like them, u have alot more going on with you in life.

People called me crazy for not liking bryston. I could care less. It's my system and my ears and that's all that matters. I just found that statement hilarious. We are grown men and women.
