South Korea Fortune Star

I know these releases get a lot of stick, but they do release some amazing Classics. Is there anyway this can be a new thread for there releases?
I have a all of their numbered releases except a Chinese Ghost Story

The Armour of God threw me off since I did not realize that they released this as an Korean version. When was that released? I have the K&R bare bones blu. I really like that Project A cover though. Classic!

They're all the same as the the K&R ones, just cooler packaging. Also, some of them might have Korean-exclusive special features; like A Chinese Ghost Story I has a Korean-language audio commentary. Not sure if others have anything similar though.

I've heard rumour they are releasing A Better Tomorrow Trilogy!
I can't wait for that it might be similar to their Japanese release

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/A-Bet...Blu-ray/70967/

However that includes The Killer

For those that don't know this is getting a release as a plain edition. For those who missed out on the Limited Edition. Still a good buy if you're a fan of 80's Hong Kong movies!

Available from Kimchi here : http://www.kimchidvd.com/en/good/goo...good_seq=20622

The Japanese blu-ray version of Operation Condor (Project Eagle) is the extended cut not available anywhere else. It does feature the original soundtrack with burnt-in Japanese subs. No English subs. It includes 2 trailers. I would say to pick this up if you are already a huge fan of this film. Otherwise, you would be ok with either the new Korean blu or the Kam & Ronson blu. Stay away from the American disc as it is heavily edited and not correctly titled. Though, to give some credit, the American blu-ray might feature the best PQ.

If you want to see some screenshots compared between the Japanese print and the HK print then you can see some that I have posted:

https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...202245&page=14

Just scroll down, the pics are near the bottom and on the next page.

I thought we went over this in the thread about Swordsman II, that Fortune Star may not have the rights to this one, so the label may be a misprint. I thought it was Mei Ah that had the rights.
