If they aquired the rights to Room with a View, doesn't it mean that they aquired the rights to all the Merchant-Ivory films they had released?
I thought this goes by the package, not by individual movie.

By the way, hadn't realised that this film was nominated for 8 Oscars (incl. Best Picture), and won 3!

Also, I see the Studio Canal release has both a 5.1 and 2.0 track while Criterion has only the 2.0.
Although I'm not sure how much would one benefit from the 5.1.
