The weekly heroic strike, and sometimes nightfalls. You can also get them at random from dismantling blue engrams and for finishing a strike or crucible match.

I just looked on Destinytracker.com and you are a level 29 and haven't done the weekly yet. A few of us can run you through it for nine more coins. Then you need to grind for the remaining four.

I'd suggest run level 28 PoE on a loop until you get the remaining four. I usually get at least one per run and you can do three per hour if you're with good players.

You should be able to get all of the coins you need in an hour and a half to two hours.

I also saw someone post to give your email to Bungie for nine coins. Probably worth a shot, too. I'm just not sure how fast you get them after signing up.

I went to the Bungie forums to have a good laugh for about ten minutes. Those people are losers. Can you imagine berating people who bought a Gjallarhorn instead of "earning" it? What a bunch of idiots.

You're in luck because RNGhas also blessed the bounty guy with five 5000xp bounties today out of the six he offers. I've never seen that many 5000xp bounties drop in one day.

My guess is that completing 5 5000xp bounties x3 characters with telemetries and the nightfall bonus will fully level one of them.
