Ah, same as mine but without the Ambilight feature! You'll find the settings here to be quite good - I think I've dropped the brightness down to 55 on my TV by now though, to get better blacks...

Brightness: 55 (For Games, you might have to increase this and Contrast up a bit)
Color: 60
Tint: 6
Sharpness: 1
Perfect Pixel HD: Off (On sharpens the image, adds more noise and grain on Blu-Rays, but helps in Standard Def...strange)
Dynamic Contrast: Minimum (Maximum changes contrast WAY too much in the middle of the movie, giving it a faint strobe light effect)
Noise Reduction: Off
MPEG Reduction: Off
