Wow if they can manage to keep that ratings logo only on the spine and off the front of the SteelBook and Slipbox this will truly be the most superior edition to have

To each his own but even with a slipbox the play.com one is far superior IMO from an artwork standpoint and will probably have a better finish. That being said, I might get this as a gift for my bro since it is one of our favorite movies from our childhood and just give him the steelbook and keep the slip as a protector for my play.com one.

Why would you not make the slip a different artwork. Double artwork makes it look bad. No creativity. So Sad.

How long has Zavvi been making slipboxes? It's a welcome change from the norm but they have to come up with different art than what's on the steelbook. I suspect they're trying to compete with companies like Blufans but it's pointless to use the same art twice. They can drop the art cards, though. Not much use for those

I'm not sure I understand slips for steelbooks. I mean if the steelbook has nice effects like gloss or embossing, why cover it up with card?

So far there is only two. This one and Snow White and the Huntsman. So not long at all.

It'll be interesting to see if they do more slipboxes.
And I guess they are making more. There are three more so five that I can see.
