You should probably make a note of the DE release being 1080i/50 as well.

Nice to see the French getting it in the proper framerate after the various previous European releases getting the short end of the stick. Still, not a good looking transfer of Iron Man/Pentathlon so I'll just have to wait some more to satiate my Hans Lundgren fix.

I missed that so I will add it, but it's actually 1080i/25.

It's a shame the FR disc is missing English audio as well.

I have no idea. One of the European members here might have the answer to that. To be honest neither transfer looks good because they are from an older master. Fast Times at Ridgemont High really needs a new master badly.

It's natively 5.1 - the 2.0 is a downmix

MGM was pushing DTS 5.1 in the mid 90s with Showgirls, GoldenEye, etc.

No, they're noting it was offered in both DTS (Digital 5.1) and DTS 2.0 Stereo - their short lived knockoff of Dolby Stereo for 35MM analog-only theaters.
