Not that I know of, but there are English subtitles available online so it's a matter of matching them up to the episodes which are out on a German DVD set. I admit I'm not tech savvy enough to do it, but a friend of mine was and the results were excellent.

I should also note that on the DVD set from Germany that I bought, they have the feature film compilation that was made from the seven episodes of the series and that was subtitled in English. So even if you aren't able to sync up the individual episodes with the subs, you can still sample the show with the film version.
