Hopefully Umbrella do the Lord's work and release a double feature of Death Wish 4 and 5. I need my fix.

Sorry if this has been covered, but has anyone compared this version to Shout's U.S. release of the second film, or MGM's release of the third? I'm curious if there's any major qualitative differences.

DW2 has very low bit rate, due to too many extras on the disc. Still watchable in my opinion.

I have to say the extras on this and the other DW double pack are very impressive. I would love to see some PQ comparisons with the NA releases though..

Visually whilst the film is in motion I thought Death Wish II looked fine. There seemed to be a nice layer of grain throughout.

If someone had lossless screenshots (with a time code) of the US release, i'd be more than happy to screenshot the Umbrella release.. but without a timecode, it's too time consuming matching up with the screenshots on CapsAHolic.

I just bought the first one Steelbook version, I guess it should be safe to buy the Umbrella releases for the rest.

Aside from some very grainy shots at the start of both films (probably due to the use of stock footage), these looked quite excellent to my eyes. Nice colour saturation and no obvious compression issues despite the low bitrates.
