Site-wide is good, maybe I can pick up Laserblast and Robot Wars this time. 50% off will probably be the cheapest Lasterblast has been so far.

They're running a special on their Evil Bong 777 Indiegogo. First 10 people to buy a $250 perk get a free Empire Blu-ray set.

Assuming that they don't mess with the prices I might finally pick up Curse, Legacy and the newest axis film in the puppet master franchise during this sale, finally finishing up the puppet master franchise.

I just wish they'd offer a puppet master boxset with the movies and no tacked on items for a reasonable price.

Just a simple boxset that includes all the movies.

You'll be able to get all 11 movies for around $110 during the sale if you bought the individual titles. If you're ok going the used route ebay routinely has copies of 1-3 for under $10 which can save you some money as well. You're never going to see a complete set of all 11+ films for under $80 though so you might as well start purchasing the single editions as you have the money.

Yeah, that is basically what I did, just bought the individual titles one or two at a time. I still need the last 4 they put out on blu, Legacy, Retro, Curse of the PM, and Axis: Terminiation

Hey! I just paid $46.15 for both 4 days ago, no way I'm letting you pay $25 for both only two weeks later!

I assume the full moon 50% off sale is going on right now. I was planning on picking up some stuff but noticed that Hamilton Books marked down the price on a bunch of titles last night and ended up picking up Curse of Puppet Master, Puppet Master The Legacy for $9.95 each, Black candles (Code red) for $14.95, and Poltergeist III (Scream Factory) for $11.95. Total cost with shipping was $50. Hamilton has some other Full Moon titles as well for those looking to fill in gaps in their collection. Most are priced at $9.95. Shipping is $4 regardless of the size of your order.

I may still swing by the Full Moon sale to pick up the latest Puppet Master film to finish off the full collection but haven't decided just yet.

I noticed Slave Girls From Beyond Infinity is now listed with a new HD Remaster on Full Moon Streaming, the only other title that was teased last year to get a BD release. Anyone know how long it's been up on their streaming site?

My BD hopes for 2018 are the rest of the Trancers films, Bad Channels, and Oblivion. Oblivion 2 is the free DVD of the month, so if they decide to include it with my sale order today I'll definitely need a copy of the first film.

Sorry if this is a duplication message, I'm reading this forum backwards and will come back and delete it if so... but in the interim, I want to buy a crapload of Full Moon Blu Rays. Now, I read that the Puppet Masters 1-3 are best thru 88 Films, so not grabbing the Full Moon versions during this Valentines Day Sale, but most of everything else (other than what I already have).

My questions after that long winded explanations... are there definitive other Full Moon titles I should only grab through 88 films? I have a region free blu ray so I don't care if it's region locked.

I've heard the Puppet Master films are pretty much the same after part 3, so will complete my collection of that thru Full Moon, and so forth.

Any help is appreciated!

Found the message...thanks Ruined! If anyone has anything to add let me know.

Puppet Master (88 Films: better video quality, original mono audio)
Puppet Master 2 (88 Films: better audio due to time stretch artifacts in full moon audio)
Castle Freak (88 Films: better video quality, bonus film)
The Pit and the Pendulum (88 Films: OAR)

The rest of the Full Moon releases are on par with the region free 88 Films releases, except Subspecies 1 whose Full Moon USA release is better than 88 films, because 88 Films did a poor job of trying to convert the 1080i 30fps master to 1080p24 - full moon release just has the original unbotched 1080i master. Some of the other 88 Films releases have lossless audio vs lossy on Full Moon, but the audio master quality is going to be the limiting factor in audio quality for these releases - not lossy vs lossless encoding.

The sale was live early last night, so I nabbed the It Came from the Video Aisle & Empire of the Bs books (GREAT prices on those), the new Puppet Master flick, and The Creeps for $57.50.

Has Band said anything about putting the pre-666 Evil Bong flicks on Blu? I love those truly idiotic movies.

Considering that Evil Bong 7 isn't coming out on blu-ray (same with the recent Ravenwolf Towers or last Killjoy film), it doesn't seem like it's a priority at the moment to put out the newer films on blu-ray. Which is a shame since you'd think it'd be less work on their end to do it at the same time as a DVD release. Maybe after they've exhausted most of their vintage films will they return to some of their newer films.

Was Evil Bong 666 on Blu-ray a Indiegogo stretch goal or something? The original campaign only offered DVDs but they released a Blu-ray to their regular store. That's one of the reasons why I didn't back for a DVD level for EB7 just in case they pull the same move again- but they still aren't releasing their other new titles to BD outside of Puppet Master.

I didn't contribute to 666, I probably would have if there was a blu-ray option available so I think it wasn't offered on the campaign. Maybe that means they will make it available on blu-ray later on but the email I got from them asking about it made it seem like that wasn't going to be the case.

If there's any issue with Bad Channels, it's probably securing the music rights. Although, Full Moon doesn't have any qualms about putting out a CD of the soundtrack . I'm glad they mentioned that it's something they're definitely working on

Also, is anyone else not a fan of their new website design? I found their old site to be far more functional even if it was slightly outdated. I prefer that they had all the subcategories off to the side. The new dropdown menu text is so large, it doesn't even reach the bottom of my screen with my current setting for a couple of the options, I need to zoom out to like 50%

I guess it's nice to know they are working on it, but sucks that it'll be a while. I've been waiting for this to come out to watch the whole Dollman vs Demonic Toys 'series'.
