Yes, but they can still put it on Blu-ray as an SD Blu-ray as long as they make it clear to the consumer. It would hold more episodes and have less discs. I do hope it happens from Mill Creek someday.

I rather doubt it. The first DVD release couldn't be bothered to pay for Sinatra's theme music for many of the seasons and the later Mill Creek release crams too many episodes onto each disc and doesn't even bother to sync up he theme music during the credits. If they don't even make a decent effort with the DVD's, getting a blu-ray release seems like a big ask. And I don't want to stereotype, but MwC seems like a quintessential 'popular with DVD buyers' kind of series anyway.

Really though, I'm just glad I have the seasons I want in watchable quality unlike the later seasons of Tales from the Crypt for example. A blu-ray release would have to be aggressively priced or have some killer special features for me to double dip.
