I didn't see any in my research other than Justice League.
Because 3D is dying in the US. It's the sad truth, I know.

It's not dying, it's being killed. I ordered Thor in 3D from the UK thank goodness.

No, it is dead. Why would Disney kill something if it were selling to their standards?

The only MCU titles I do not own on 3D would be Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, and Iron Man 3.

How come a lot of the UK 3D versions don't come with a digital copy?

Not a big selling point in that territory.

Thanks for the quick response. I guess it's good for me 3D > digital copy, but it would of course be nice to have both.

I ordered Ragnorok from UK last night as well. Yes, I agree, they are killing off 3D completely. I would not be surprised if in the next year or so we see next to no 3D releases here, even in theaters. I don't know what the issue is here versus Europe. But in Europe, people love 3D and opt more for 3D then 2D, and here people are the opposite. I personally go for 3D over 2D any day. James Cameron is trying to get 3D to work in this country without having to wear glasses. I'm sure one day down the road, tv's will show 3D without glasses, it will just be an option in the tv most likely. For now, I guess we are stuck buying movies overseas to fill that 3D void.

I forgot, what's the deal with Disney and Amazon again? I mean the reason their Blu-rays aren't available for pre-order on Amazon until the week of release.

Because we really only use amazon. Plus I still have over $80 on a gift card and I'm not buying this someplace when I can get it for fee .

We don't know for sure but the likely reason is money. It's always money.

I'm starting to think Target exclusive isn't a digibook. The advertisement says "comes with 40-page filmmaker book inside." Makes think it'll be showcased in a full slip with the book being an insert.

It would be really sweet if it had the movie inside of a hard slipcase with the 40 page book inside so that it could hold both. If this were the case then you'd probably have to compromise with no slipcover on the movie though.

True. Maybe it's just my wishful thinking as Target's recent digibook releases of Logan and Alien: Covenant had discs loose flying out whenever I opened them.

This movie was a dastardly, huge pile of
[Show spoiler]poopie
and looks like some cheap Spy Kids / Scooby Doo crap. This is nothing like the first two (which were great).

Oh Poop! I didn't even think about it being like Spy Kids or Scooby Doo. You're right!

NOT!

It was like Flash Gordon... only better!

Ragnarok stands next to the first GotG as my favorite films in the MCU. If you liked Guardians you'll like Ragnarok imo.
