While I will see this and buy the blu ray, i wish they didnt put spidey into the mcu. I also wish they were making movies where hes in his 30s and they could have him run into tom hardy's venom. Id love some more adult themed situations for spidey, more responsibility and consequences and bigger stakes.

Not from Amazon.in or Aus or mx -- no.

Indian Discs are pretty much rahul-and-i and Ebay. Or wait for the other countries to put their items up

The version they showed here in mainland China contains tons of shots that were left unconverted in flat 2D. I would say almost half shots of the final battle was like this in 2D, which is super annoying. I wonder if it's only happened here (To pass the censorship earlier and got an early release date, Sony submitted it months ago, when the film is still in post production. So an unfinished version was submitted for censorship, which is probably the final approved version here, the first after credits scene here was a little different) or the same in other countries?

My theatre has 3D listings and IMAX listings for Tuesday. Unfortunately no Imax 3d. I'm going to do the IMAX first tomorrow and then the 3D later this week.

I like these new ones but I miss the fanfare with Spidey swinging through the city at the end.

Not seeing a 3D UK version of this. I am afraid this may go like Spiderverse.

I'm very interested in seeing Spider-Man in his Noir style suit, all dressed in black in Far From Home. I can understand he doesn't have his regular suit, so resorts to this stealth suit.

The flashy, gold foiled suit in the beginning of the film looks way too over the top with the style/decoration, so hopefully that's not in the film for too long.

Unless the theater changes the showings, our AMC in San Francisco has one showing each afternoon in 3D Imax!

and Venom.

Sony are treating the UK like the US now - worthless, inferior flat releases only...

Managed to carve out the time in an extremely busy July to see this in IMAX 3D tomorrow morning (opening screening), about 2 hours of driving involved but with IMAX scenes that may not make it to disc (at least in 3D) it's worth it. Rewatched Homecoming during a Marvel 3D marathon in April and I'd forgotten how strong the 3D could be, so hopefully they haven't dialled it down this time.

Was hoping this might be different as it has one foot in the MCU.

Why can't they just do limited editions for 3D releases, that's how some studios released when it was a new format, Thor and Captain America for example.

Fed up with taking the gamble over import fees, non-English friendly versions, etc.

I really wanna order the 3D steelbook from filmarena but I've heard so many mixed things about them. And also sounds like they charge your card right away. I already have too many releases I gotta pay for this month.

Guess I'm gonna wait for other places to have 3D pre orders up.

Also I'm gonna be seeing this in 3D XD tomorrow, can't wait!

I was also hoping the Marvel factor would make a difference but Sony's recent track record with Marvel titles is nothing but a big FU to UK 3D fans so, even though it's still too early to say whether we'll get a UK 3D Blu-ray release or not, I'm getting prepared to import from elsewhere.

Not India or the Czech Republic though, there will be cheaper options than those.
