I just received a delay notification on this one from target. It looks like it has only been pushed back a week or so though.

I got the same notice (also got it for My Girl). Totally understandable given everything happening in the world right now and at least it's not too big of a delay.

Actually, this probably doesn't have anything to do with COVID-19. These delays happen all the time w/these older, little niche Blu-ray releases. Honestly, I would've been more surprised if it would've came out when it was scheduled.

Fair point! Regardless of the reason, I'll continue to make my way through my to-be-watched pile until this arrives.

I ordered it from Bullmoose who has been the most reliable for me - it hasn't shipped. "My Girl 2" did, but not this one.

I got another order update from Target telling me Radio Flyer is backordered and that I should now expect it by 5/15.

I had an original Radio Flyer wagon when I was a a child, ions ago.
They were built like tanks, still have it (still in great condition) in our utility room, I will pass on to my children (if I ever have any).
Well made toys were built to last!

I've approved the new arrival date twice (it automatically cancels an order if it asks and you don't), so mine currently says "backordered" at the moment.

I had one as well. When my daughter was 2 (in 2015) I told my parents that if they wanted to get her a wagon (which they had been talking about) to make sure they got the all metal one like I had, and not the cheap plastic things they also make now. Her's, like mine when I was a kid, is currently sitting in the garage filled with basketballs, footballs and other outdoor activity items but still looks fantastic despite being wheeled around with junk thrown in it as they really are mini tanks.

I don't know how many copies of the blu-ray deep discount has in stock right now, but I just snagged a copy of Radio Flyer over there, so some retailers are finally getting this in stock.

The wait on Amazon was driving me nuts.

This is an underrated gem that should have been released a long time ago. I have vague memories of it from watching it back in the 90's when I was a teenager, but remember it being an excellent drama.

Well, despite being certain that I approved the new delivery date from Target, I got a cancellation email for Radio Flyer overnight. Did this happen to anyone else?? I managed to catch someone on Target.com chat and was told the order was cancelled because the title is sold out. Ugh!

Mine still says Backordered as well, but I've had to go in and click "Approve Delay" a few times.

Well damn, that stinks. I hope this isn't the start of everyone's orders getting cancelled, but it certainly doesn't seem like a great sign.

Any updates?
Getting a sinking feeling in my stomach that this special movie is doomed to remain stuck in standard def forever. This film deserves better. Fingers crossed for this supposed Blu. Don't wanna give up hope yet.
