The UHD is the cut with the animated segments only? That's lame. I definitely prefer the movie without those.

From reading above it seems the UHD is the DC - not the UC. So you wont see the animated segments.

Once and for all, the UHD 4K disc is only THE ULTIMATE CUT with Tales of The Black Freighter woven in. The STANDARD blu-ray disc is the Director's Cut which DOES NOT contain the Tales Of The Black Freighter animated scenes.
