Ah... thanks for the clarification, good to know. When I redo my screen I am going to order a sample of the xd material and compare it to the phiffer sheerweave to see if I can see a difference. I plan on going bigger and with a 1080p projector so I'm thikning it could be worth the extra investment.

What are your framing plans? I went with 1 1/2 inch square aluminum tubing for mine... my old build thread is over on avs... the pictures are dated at this point.
