Just nabbed the Echo Bridge blu-ray at a local record shop for $6 (alongside the live action version of Blood: The Last Vampire for the same price). The store actually had three copies (now two) and I also spotted it at a record shop while I was out of town. Not bad, especially since transfer on the Echo Bridge blu of Resurrection is actually better than the transfer on the Scream Factory box set

So while online prices for the Echo Bridge blus of this and H20 (just ordered a like new copy for $6 on eBay as I type...yay me for getting a lousy open matte transfer of one of my least favorite Halloween sequels), you can still get them used in record shops for super reasonable prices.

[Show spoiler]Still on the hunt for a used copy of the Hellraiser: Deader blu-ray. Sooner than later, i'll find it, just a matter of "when", "where" and "how".

I already have this in Anchor Bay/Scream Factory’s set, but why hasn’t Lionsgate reissued all the ex-Echo Bridge titles from Miramax? It looks like they’re all OOP, and a couple that I’m interested in picking up.

What a horrible piece of shit this movie was! really killed the franchise and turned the character into a joke.

I wish Halloween ended with H2O, to me Michael DIED at the end of the movie and Laurie won, END OF STORY! time to move on.

I watched him for 7 years, sitting in a room, staring at a computer; not seeing the computer, looking past the computer; looking at this thread, inhumanly patient, waiting for some secret, silent alarm to trigger him off. A troll has come to your little website, Sheriff. Now, you can either ignore it, or you can help me to stop it.

Miramax controls what gets released not Lionsgate. All Lionsgate has distribution rights currently.

If you can track down the single-disc US triple feature blu-ray, it’s that one. The two disc edition has Resurrection back in OAR, though.

Well I was scrolling through eBay and found this:

A bootleg VHS of the film, probably an old cam recording.

Here's the listing if anyone's interesting in getting for kicks and giggles: https://www.ebay.com/itm/174972820914

Same, I've been tempted to watch some of the Halloween films (not Resurrection) recently but I'm holding out because I know I'm going to be doing a marathon of all of them in the lead up to the new film.

Funnily enough I've probably seen Resurrection more in the last 4 years thanks to the release of th new movies than I have at any more in the 16 years prior to that because I've done a series marathon for both Halloween (2018) and Halloween Kills.

I did a marathon last year before Halloween Kills. That was my first time seeing parts 3-8, having already seen 1 (ten times or more), 2, and 2018. I still haven't seen the Zombie flicks, besides clips that be made me less than interested. I'll probably check those out at some point, but I'm in no hurry.

I remember when I saw this film in theaters. Can't believe it's been 20 years.

It’s hard to imagine it’s been 20 years too. Before social media and smartphones became a thing. Unless Shout is staying mum I guess they would’ve announced by now of releasing part 6, H20 and Resurrection on 4K by this fall

Resurrection is a bad film and a bad Halloween film however i can certainly deride some enjoyment from it due to nostalgia now, wow 20 years i can't believe it. The movie is 100% a time capsule for 2002 that's for sure, it's probably one of the most dated halloween movies with the whole reality TV angle but that's part of its cheesy retro charm.

Busta Rhymes is absolutely horrific though.

I saw this in theaters twice. I can't believe it is 20 years old already either. So is Jason X. Freddy vs. Jason will be next year. Jason Goes to Hell will be 30 years old next year.
