I've contacted a blu-ray production company (not a studio) who arrange production runs for a film company. They also do colored cases but normally you can only order those in HUGE quantities because they have to completely flush and clean the machines before doing a different color. But they usually run some extra cases of a certain color to keep in stock.
I'd look up companies like that and give them a call. It's always worth a try.

Really? At 5.00 or more per case (assuming that includes shipping), I'd rather increase the size of my collection. 545.00 would buy a lot of movies, which I personally like the movies far more than the cases they come in. Now, when some vendor starts selling these for 50 cent or less per case, then I'll bite.

LOL, yeah at that price I wouldn't do it either but I'll be getting a quote for 500 cases this week. I'll pass if the price is going to be more than a dollar a piece.

Anybody know where you can get 1 or 2 PS3 cases? Seems casetopia has a minimum of 10 per order

You can find them in quantities of 1 or 2 on eBay. A third party Amazon seller is also selling in 2 case lots and the items also qualify for Amazon Prime.

The Mel Brooks Collection comes in a 9-disc Viva Elite case; four two sided trays and one spot inside the back cover. The inside front cover could've been number ten but they used it for a booklet. They exist, but apparently not for direct consumer sales.
