Not interested, let me know when it's done.
You didn't even vote, not sure what you're complaining about.

I had planned to reveal half of the results on Saturday, but I was not home unexpectedly almost the whole day. And on Sunday I was a lot busier than I expected.

Anyways, I will be posting the rest of the results today.

This. I'm eager to see the results, but just appreciate you putting this together in the first place so whenever you get a chance is fine with me.

Looking forward to seeing Zero Dark Thirty. Have heard terrific things from a friend I trust a lot in the movie department, just didn't get to it in theaters.

Surprised to see this so high-cosidering how people were slamming it. I am glad it is top 10.

I loved Prometheus. I know the film isn't flawless, but it was #7 on my list because it was what I was looking for. Dark, ominous, beautiful Science Fiction. Saw it twice in theaters and grabbed the blu on release day.

Prometheus? Hah! Very funny guys. 66 of you trolled by putting it in your top 20 and now it made the top 10. Happy now? Just kidding.

[Show spoiler]No but really, it was pretty terrible.

Disappointed to see The Master only at #15. I guess not enough people had it in their top 20. But nice to see almost 1/3 of those who did had it as their #1! At least we're passionate!

Will be interested in seeing what else made the top 10. From my own top 20, there's still Silver Linings, Skyfall, Dark Knight Rises, Django Unchained, The Avengers, Argo, and The Hobbit. I wasn't a big fan of Looper or Cabin in the Woods but I bet they'll be there.

Just outside my Top 20. I would have loved to rank it higher, but it's just as flawed as it is pleasing. An entertaining and worthwhile entry though.

Agreed. The pluses are numerous to me, but there are some real plotting problems. Skyfall is much the same but with far more ridiculous extremes of awesomeness and "THIS MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER".

#9. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

815 Points | Votes: 64 | Peak: 1 (2 Times)

Directed by Peter Jackson
Starring: Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, Richard Armitage

Rotten Tomatoes: 65% | iMDb: 8.3 | Watch Trailer

"Peter Jackson does it again. Bringing Tolkien's masterwork to the screen for generations to come.
A film that deserves to be felt and seen everywhere only for the labour of love it has been for it's maker. Perfect all around
and a film to be watched many a times.
" - Scholer

"It was the perfect possible adaptation of the story. It hits up all the necessary plot points, and
invents some more to better connect the Middle Earth lore as exhibited in the Lord of the Rings films.
" - Al_The_Strange

He suggested people add little reviews to their votes, and only 4 people did it. So there isn't much to choose from.

Those are definitely the top 9. It's just seeing where they fall. Interested to see if Argo can win this poll and Best Picture, which hasn't been done before. 2010 winner Inception was nominated; 2011 winner Drive was not.

Yeah, I probably would have put The Hobbit around #30 on my list. Biggest disappointment of 2012 for me.
