What a vague statement. It still doesnt answer anything. Are you running out of copies of the bonus disc or what. Are people who didnt pre order now stuck with the standard version. and PRE ORDER BEFORE WHAT DATE!?! I went through 70 pages of nothing to get back right where i started.

And yeah just hoping the email has yet to arrive and that's the extent of it, but if this week goes by and nothing I will be quite disappointed. It's sort of double-edge sword for me because I know how hard the team worked to get this out to us and again as I stated last week I am close with a couple of them. When in L.A. my friend always lets me crash in the guest room so while I am surprised by the delay in email confirmation etc it is difficult for me to get truly upset since they are friends lmao. Some people ask me why I don't just ask for a copy be sent out directly from him, but that's not me you know. When it comes to this stuff, I am a fan like the rest of you and hate the idea of using friendships to get special treatment you know?!!! Anyway def jealous you'll be getting your copy Monday/Tuesday. Want to watch this so badly lol. |

They said on FB the remaining preorders will go out Monday. I suppose that's the worst case scenario. And obviously it's not the end of the world, but just seems pretty obvious to me that there shouldn't be a single order for July going out tomorrow -- they all should have been done Friday. Tomorrow should be for anything left of August and Sept. So as pointed out, no, complaining about it doesn't get it to you faster, but it is good to know there are others who can commiserate.

I said it wasn't the end of the world and also that I didn't expect it on the 13th. My complaint is that people who ordered weeks after some of us appear to have had their orders processed before we did. If you were finally next in line at a check-out after waiting in line for 20 minutes, and they decided to wave someone through 15 places behind you who just showed up that minute, would you shrug and say, "Oh well, no big deal"? No, you'd probably be really upset. Then let's say they keep bringing forth people who were behind you in line until they randomly decide it's your turn and finally process your cart. Despite being next in line, you've waited an additional 90 minutes, and people who didn't even enter the store until you were in line have been checked out ahead of you. Are you going to say, "Well, hey, it doesn't matter because I got my stuff in the end"? Now sure, it's not as bad as that because your life isn't actually on hold the entire time the way it would be if you were at this theoretical store, but it's exactly the same principle -- you ordered first (and paid, too), but you're not getting any priority. In fact, your money may have been used to ship to someone who ordered a month after you did. I don't agree with that practice. Waiting the extra days isn't the problem, it's waiting the extra days that should have been someone else's to wait.

Obviously this is a moot point if all the July orders have actually shipped but the notifications are just lagging, but the way they talk on the Facebook page, they're notifying as the orders are shipping (although a couple of people in California have received it despite no notification).

I find it hilarious how some people continue to put their two cents in stating that we have "nothing better to do than complain about how we didn't get it on release day." For the last time, we are NOT upset because we did not get it on Friday. We are disappointed in the lack of communication and lack of shipping notices for those of us who pre-ordered promptly the moment the website order link went LIVE. The CLM team already got our payments months ago, it is not out of line to simply desire notification of the order shipment. Pure and simple. Hopefully that is finally made clear lol. And lastly, I'm chalking up the lack of notifications to a glitch in email since many have said when they email them, it does not deliver. Anyway will post when item arrives and/or when I receive shipping notification.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm a little confused about the whole bonus disc thing. I ordered mine from DarkDel quite a while ago (shortly after they announced it). I should be receiving the entire package, bonus disc included, right? If that's true, what should the disc count be in my set?
