Watched it last night and didn't think much of it and didn't think it was that funny. Maybe I'll watch it again soon and see if that changes.

Got my copy at Walmart $24.96 PM price with BB's ad for $19.99 minus $5 off coupon. $14.99 + tax = $16.54 otd. I cannot wait to watch this. The guy right next to me at the cashier told me that I won't regret my purchase and that I'll get to love this movie. We shall see.

Other than the food poisoning scene, which I laughed my ass off, I didn't really find this movie funny at all. I should have known the quote of it being funnier than The Hangover was going to be utter crap. I guess the movie itself was decent enough, just wish it wasn't so hyped up in the humor department, so I wouldn't have been as disappointed.

I'm only halfway through the movie. I have stopped it where
[Show spoiler]Kristen Wiig got a little tipsy and made a scene on the airplane
. It was getting late so the wife and I decided to resume the movie tonight. So far, it's a little funny. I KNEW it was not going to be as good as the Hangover no matter what critics/other reviewers said. The Hangover is probably my favorite comedy.

My thoughts EXACTLY. I couldn't breathe during the food poisoning scene from laughing so hard, but that was about it. It's sad because I love the cast.

That scene was pretty funny. I enjoyed the movie but don't plan on buying it--watched it last night on Amazon. I thought it was funny but a totally different kind of funny than Hangover. I had wondered if it would be the same type of humor which I would have found strange for a women's comedy so I was actually happy to see that the humor played out differently in Bridesmaids.

Its cool man, comedies are hit or miss with me. "Where the Fern Grows?" What in the name of baby jesus is that? Sweet, I DO own Bambi, already!

I did like the 40 Year old Virgin, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and like I said Knocked up was okay, all of which were produced by Judd Apatow who also produced Bridesmaids. I also like comedies like Wedding Crashers, There's Something about Mary, American Pie(s), Airplane just to name a few.

urghhhhhhhhhhh no not twilight anything but that. Gee golly wiz I was actually thinking more along the lines of Gigli, Glitter, Crossroads, From Justin to Kelly, or Cool as Ice, those would actually make me lol more than Bambi would and are just as awesome as twilight

I picked up this movie this morning at BB so I could take advantage of the 19.99 price with coupon. I probably should have just waited since the coupon expires 11/15 and the movie will likely drop in price between then, but whatever

$15? $25 is right - I mean, it includes over an hour of Deleted, Extended & Alternate Scenes - all of which are hilarious. And over 2 hours more of crap I like watching!

I liked it, but like you, was disappointed. I found the 1st hour to be quite humorous, but the 2nd was overly dramatic in terms of trying to be heartwarming and (imo) have a clichéd ending. It seemed like the humor that was there at that point was only to lighten the tone it did a 180 into.

Default can't find extended version

Stupid question, how do you play the extended version? My wife and I couldn't find it so we watched the theatrical version. Not sure if we got a bad disk from target. All it has is the theatrical version. The cover/disc label says it has the unrated/theatrical version.

Go into extras on the pop-up menu and ask it to go to the unrated cut.

I thought it was funny all the way through, and the ending (with Wilson Phillips) was total "feelgood" material. It's not too raunchy, or filled with gross-out humor--it's actually well written and charming. Reminds me of most Judd Apatow productions.

It was a blind buy for me and I laughed my ass off. I feel it could've been trimmed a bit but other than that, I loved it.

Count me among those who thought this one was absolutely hilarious.

I haven't been this satisfied with a blind-buy comedy purchase in a looong time. Kristen Wiig was just brilliant... BRILLIANT, I SAY.
