Shoe Palace is located in Santa Ana, Ca. (Westfield Mall). About 15, 20 minutes away from Disneyland. The place is great!! The store is very bright and they play very loud music. Yea, we have one also in Sacramento! They're always packed w/ long ol' lines lol! Awesome place tho that stocks tons of shoes I really can only find online! Found the Retro 4 "Cavs" there last time I stopped through

Cool!! So maybe all stores are located only on the west coast. It is always packed with people whenever I go. It's a happening place to be at for the Sneakerheads

I just don't like the name. It sounds more like a girls store. LOL!!

Stores are currently located in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. Coming soon to Colorado lol. Yea, the name is feminine

Got these in the mail today. My first pair of New Balance. For some reason these caught my eye. These are part of the Windbreaker Pack.

Why exactly are running shoes more stylish and flashier than cross-training shoes? I would like to buy a flashy pair of cross-trainers, but they're harder to find. I'm not much of a runner; I'm more of a walker, so cross-trainers suit me better.

It's probably because of the way they're made since they're made specifically for different things. Maybe try Nike Free Run/TR or Roshe Run. Personally, I find it hard to find any I really like of running or cross training sneakers. Roshe Run is mostly solid colors, but there have been printed ones available.

I have all three plus the highlighter ones. Of all the sneakers I have, they're the most comfortable. They look bulky but don't feel it at all. The black ones are my favorite though.

They only look bulky but they're not at all, if anything they're pretty light.

I wear a size 8.5 or 9. Like you said it depends on the brand. Most of my Nikes and New Balance are size 9 and my Reeboks and Adidas are size 8.5

Since they look bulky and I'm assuming they have a wide width I might have to go for 8.5

Personally, I don't see no problem with the color. Grey goes with anything. I would definitely get that color but then again other people have different opinions on colored shoes.
