They should, yes. I've never denied someone a stock count over the phone, whether the item was released or not.

When I called store 134 the guy on the phone said they won't know until they get there

On the eastern time it could be anywhere from 2-3 AM (at least it has been the case based on my experience).

Damn, so now I have to take an early break and pray to the Steel Gods that it'll be on the shelf when I get there. Then be stuck at work for a long @$$ day thereafter. BOLLOCKS!

Since when? I did in store pick for all my pre ordered games last year. I did it for Madden, BLOPS 2, Halo 4, Far Cry 3, and Borderlands.

i think it's kinda silly for them to offer the pre-order of the steelbook for RZ members for the 100 points, but then, not allow you to actually pre-order it! WTF-over!?!

the steel currently can't be pre-ordered for store pick or delivery.

ain't that some shit!

The steelbook was available for pre-order for quite some time during late February and early March. Limited items like this do tend to sell out quickly.

Also, the 100-point bonus applies to ANY Blu-ray edition of Zero Dark Thirty, not just the steelbook.

yeah, i saw that about the 100 points, also, it doesn't say the item is "limited" it says it's exclusive. it does say "shipping and instore pick up coming soon" i do know what you mean though; if your slow, you may not get blowed!
