The USA group buy got less than 60 lenticulars shared between both versions. That's 6% of the print run. Give one reason why USA members shouldn't get a group buy opportunity.

That is such a small percentage that it doesn't really make a difference, if it were 25% or more, I could see a reason to complain maybe.

What is wrong with a GB? It is an opportunity for someone to avail of a copy.

Well, that is their choice to buy in the middle of the night and not avail of the GB.

Have any images of the insides popped up yet? Is it carrying the walkman motif to the interior trays as Best Buy's release, or rather the kind-of kaleidoscopic design of the UK one?

Me, I hope they went for the former.

We don't have to wait for images. The Nova steel is just the WWA steel (UK one) with an exclusive slip.

How do we now that? Is that confirmed somehow?

It's an honest question, I am not arguing here.

Because this is the ONLY steelbook design that has been used EVERYWHERE for "Guardians Of The Galaxy".

The only difference is, that the North American version has different interior artwork and a title on the front.

That's it. Nothing else.

So then it's just guessing.

For CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER, Nova Media went with the european design, too, instead of the US Best Buy (unmasked Captain America on Nova Media's vs. masked Captain America on Best Buy's), so most likely it will happen again here and we'll have the european inside art (kaleidoscopic motif) instead of US Best Buy's (cassette motif), but it seems we'll have to wait and see.

It's not guessing though. North America ONLY received one version (tape player inside), the rest of the world (NovaMedia included) received the other version. That's it, no guessing required.

Unless NM hijacked a Best Buy shipment (which would help explain the fast sellout ), there's no way they could have the North American artwork.

Hi buddy how are you? If you managed to get a Lenticular copy of the Guardians and you wish to sell it please think of me. I missed both of them and just manage last second to get 1 copy of the full slip probably the last one cause I had 2 in the cart when I pressed buy......
This is also FOR ANYBODY WHO GOT Guardians, THE LENTICULAR COVERS A OR B AND WISH TO SELL OR TRADE. PLEASE SEND ME A PM IF YOU WISH TO EXPLORE A POSSIBLE TRADE OR STRAIGHT PURCHASE.......

Thank you.......

Well this is interesting. From Nova's FB:

Dear International Customer,
Today we would like to inform you that due to an allocation
mistake, we have unfourtantly over-sold GotG Lenticular A version.
After discussing this problem with the Publisher, we decided the best option for our loyal customers would be to raise the print run of GotG Lenticular A version from 500 to 580 to insure all orders from our customers are fullfilled.
We are deeply sorry that we made this mistake and therefore had to make this hard decision but our only other option would have been to have canceled 80 customer orders.
In light of our previous problems we did not want to let our loyal customers down this time .
We sincerly apologize for any inconvience this might cause. We are working hard at NOVA to insure this type of mistake does not happen again.
We hope you , our loyal customers , will find it in your hearts to forgive us for making this mistake.
We hope for your continuous support in the future.
Sincerly your NOVA Staff.

I'm starting to feel bad for these guys, they can't seem to get anything right.

At least they had someone that speaks English write up the letter this time.
