Just got back from our honeymoon and both LeAnn and I are still devastated with the loss of Nav. You will be truly missed. RIP Nav.

just found out myself.......tough year..one of my best friends passed from cancer in the spring, a close buddy from my gym was found dead of a heart attack on Saturday, and now this....RIP buddy you are missed by many of us here

Oh Jesus that is horrible news. I didn't know he died of a brain complication just few weeks before Christmas after reading this thread. The poor guy. I hope his family are coping well with his loss. It must be heartbreaking for them to go though this sadness at what should be the most amazing time of the year for anybody in life.

I knew one of my mam's friends who died of brain cancer over three years ago. Her friend had been living with her sister throughout her whole life along with their late father. She got the tumor while doing some housework one day and then she just collapsed instantly and never recovered. She had spent about 4 months in hospital and then after that she spent a further three months in a hospice in Dublin where she passed away in May 2012.

Sadly, this is what life does to people sometimes. At one point you could be living such a high point in your life at which you maybe thankful for and then Karma for some unknown reason does it horrible bit not to keep you on this earth for much longer. All you have to do to avoid that happening is to try and live a happy and positive light so you can keep yourself and your family happy for as much as possible.

RIP Nav. I didn't know you well at all to talk to you but I'm sorry to hear that you had passed at such a great time in your life, being young and living life to the full. Sincere condolences to your family and friends and I wish them the happiest Christmas imaginable.

My heart is heavy & my head hangs low over the loss of my Blu brother. We were just bullshittin' at the begining of November. It is truly a shame that he is gone & at such young age too. My heart & thoughts go out to his family through this very very trying time. Here's to Nav, may you rest in peace, brother.

This is really sad to read. I never directly spoke with Navster, but I read the NBA thread for the last few years, and I always saw Navster posting there. Now all of a sudden I just came upon this thread and I can't believe all of what I just read. Even just from reading his posts for the last couple of years, I truly feel bad this just happened to him. Such a young life and with a family and loved ones. I just want to send out my condolences to his family.

I still can't believe he's gone. He loved his Bay Area teams to the fullest. I still miss him.

Don't know what else to say, speechless & shocked. Sending my condolences to his family & friends. I'll jump on the San Jose Sharks wagon & I know Navster's still doing this to people We'll all eventually meet up again.

I haven't been to the sports forum for a couple years. Life just throws you a wrench and you just lose contact with people. This news is like a brick thrown at my face. He being a Giants fan and me a Dodgers fan we always went back and forth kidding each other...It was so much fun. We spent a lot of time chatting about the NBA and MLB.

I feel really horrible knowing he went through all that he did and I wasn't there to wish him the best...Don't know what else to say.

I just found out about this now. Navster and I used to chat daily about sports, games and movies through this forum. I had to focus on other real life things over the past few years so it hits me hard to realize such a good person was taken prematurely.

RIP Nav - you were a great person and one of the reasons this forum is what it is.
