I have no issues with race changing because it's been very common throughout the years in the genre:

Kingpin, Catwoman, Fury, Heimdall, Perry White, Electro, Human Torch, Baron Mordo, "Mary Jane"*, Valkyrie, Domino

I get more annoyed when they make few Asian characters white it should be more upsetting, like the Mandarian ** and the Ancient One.

Making characters with no speaking lines in the theatrical version is not an issue, in the instance of Blink. However, Momoa and Bautista at least some sort of Asian/Pacific Islander, is what I would more like to see.

Exactly. This isn't Fant4stic Four where you have to explain why they cast a white woman as Sue Storm and a black man as Johnny Storm.

If Marvel can make Valkyrie black, so can the DC with Black Canary. This isn't a case where her arc or hero's journey relies on her being white for the premise to work.

Thats a stretcht because you know. If many of this super heroes are on their 4th generation is it so hard to believe they can go black or any other race?

Specially Black Cannary because shes human. Now Superman and kryptonian people thats another story. Not sure if they cant be black or brown or green or blue. Whatever if without any kind of social message is good for me. If the social message is the main goal i can care less about the movie. If not well im all for some more Lucy movies. But no more Rey Star Wars please or Michael B. Jordan as superman. I will only take this new Star Wars movies serious if Rey is related to Yoda somehow.

Well, you have to figure an experienced police officer is not going to be a 20-some year old woman, and The Question's face is supposed to be covered, so why does she have to be a buxom young woman?

Perez as the original pre-Question character is just fine.
She can be just a detective ala the “Commissioner Gordon” police connection to the group.
I dont expect her to be part of the field team.

I dont see her looking like Rorchach in a trench and fedora.
She could also be a retired heroine in her 50s.
