So the people who ordered the Deluxe and Master Editions don't get this for free?

That's what annoys me the most. I'm paying extra for the Special Edition, and if I want the DLC I still have to spend another $20. Zelda is becoming very expensive.

That's pretty bogus. Deluxe Editions typically include Season Passes for XB1/PS4 do they not?

I've never bought a deluxe edition before myself.

I re-read the DLC announcement and honestly, I wouldn't pay $5 for what it is offering unless that "original story" is a pretty sizable story expansion, which I doubt it will be.

One rumor going around, is that it will be a side quest with Zelda as the main character. Similar to two of the three CD-i games.

Now a 3-5 hour DLC of that, I'd definitely be in for. But again, definitely not $20.

Hard to get a read though since Nintendo doesn't have a long history of this type of DLC.

Also, there goes even more of that +/-25GB of useable space

While I agree that stuff should be included, everything there is cosmetic crap rather than content so it doesn't really bother me because I'd never use car stickers anyway.

Could a talented person make me a Breath of the Wild desktop wallpaper at a size of 2560x1440 please? I'd like it to incorporate the Zelda and Link image from the DLC announcement video, as well images of the Temple of Time and the Master Sword of Resurrection.

The deluxe hardcover guide is available for pre-order on Amazon for $48. Other places are selling it for $80. Not sure if it's a price mistake.

is in the game (they've hinted at it in the past) but did not mention how/when you come upon it obviously.

It's not a spoiler at all, but some people are funny about stuff

its been said it was in the game,they just didnt want to promote link in it so people can used the other clothing aswell

I must admit, the blue tunic as well as the art style has grown on me considerably in the last month or so. I still wish we could get a more 'realistic' (think Twilight Princess-esque) HD Zelda game though...maybe some day.

I'm buying it. I'm sure I will anyway so might as well get it day one and get the extra items. So far the only other DLC I've bought from Nintendo was Mario kart and didn't regret that.

What makes no sense about digital games (and DLC) is when 3rd party places (like Amazon) sell it as well. Why wouldn't anyone just go directly to the eShop?
